- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, NestJS, React, and Python. - Design and implement robust backend services and APIs to power web applications. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. - Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js and React. - Advanced proficiency in Node.js and NestJS; strong knowledge of React. - Experience with Python and developing web services/APIs. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
