YOOSE is the leading expert in location based marketing technologies for global brands across Asia Pacific and Europe since 2008. We are looking for a high-profile and experienced Operations and Project Manager to manage the key operations department and team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations and Project Manager will be responsible for the success and quality of our client’s marketing and advertising campaigns. - You will lead and manage the operations team of currently eight members and growing. - You will manage our YOOSE Local Ads campaigns’ operational success and ensure to manage deliverables on time and budget, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, and bidding strategy of programmatic ad campaigns. - You will manage the operational success of our location listings platform YOOSE Near Me, including the assistance for our clients Googe My Business set-up and synchronization across multiple directory platforms. - You will work closely with the other teams (Sales, Development, Product, Design) on campaign strategies, media planning, product development, reporting, and fulfillment, in order to create and improve our internal and external processes and standard operating procedures.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an agency and/or tech environment. You must have had people and project management experience. - Fluent English communication - We work in an international environment. You must be able to manage a predominantly Vietnamese team and work well with international clients and management. - Have knowledge about digital advertising (display, video, OTT, paid social and audio inventory ecosystem ad formats), including planning and buying capabilities. - Have knowledge about ad operations and measurement platforms (e.g., Integral Ad Science, MOAT, Double Verify, Grapeshot, Sizmek, Jivox) and Vietnamese ad platforms (e.g., Admicro, Adtima, Zalo) - You understand the technological environment in the advertising industry, DSPs, DMPs, and the utilization of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.
