Operation Framework Development - Build and manage the warehouse operating SOPs. - Build and manage the warehouse operating infrastructure in accordance with the company business goals. - Build and manage the entire warehouse operation team (Thailand). Workforce Management - Design and identify key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure performance trackability of the team. - Monitor performance of team members. - Manage, maintain and improve warehouse operating efficiency in accordance with the company’s SLA (Service Level Agreements) - Manage, maintain and improve warehouse operating efficiency in accordance with key performance indicators (KPI) - Design and manage team / individual work expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning. - Design and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Operational Sustainability Planning and Management - Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting - Training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job - Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. - Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; - Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Problem Solving - Handle, designate tasks to attend clients or internal operational inquiry and reporting. - Solve and troubleshoot operational issues. Procurement - Sourcing of packaging materials. - Sourcing of operations equipment, instruments, machinery etc.

- Able to do more for the team, able to work independently under pressure. - Start-up mentality and a strong will to succeed. - At least Bachelor Degree in logistics or e-commerce related field. - At least 2-3 years experience working in e-marketplaces, e-logistics, or any other e-commerce industries. - Computer literate. Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills. - Able to build / maintain / manage a team. - Detail and deadline oriented. - Data entry and processing skills. - Fluent in Thai and conversational-command of English.
