As a Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and leading the implementation of marketing activities, in line with long-term vision and mission of Gili Vietnam. - Create and develop strategic marketing plans - Ensure appropriate planning, development, delivery and measurement of all marketing & communication activities including but not limited to customer engagement, advertising, events, PR, media relations, social media, content marketing & reputation management - Perform data monitoring and analysis, and provide proper action plans based on market research & customer insights - Ensure strong partnership within internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality work within timelines and budgets provided - Frequently update results and analysis of marketing activities’ effectiveness - Recruit, develop and manage the marketing team
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with proven track record - Used to work in Lazada, Sendo, Shopee, Haravan, Kiotviet,... - Must have e-commerce experience - Experience in setting up new brands in Vietnam - Do not hire people who change job often (every year) - Bachelor/MBA degree in Marketing, Communication, and/or Business Administration - Deep focus and understanding of digital customer experience - Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment - Interest for fashion - Entrepreneurial spirit: creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management - Hands-on leadership, with experience managing a team - Advanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & project management skills - Good command of written and verbal English & Vietnamese
