- As the product manager, you ensure the timely delivery of digital banking products, from requirement gathering, ideation, design, solutioning, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations. - Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timeline. Develop detailed project plans, track and monitor progress and manage project risks - Collaborate with stakeholders such as engineering, business, and operational teams in the application system development process. - Work with the team to deliver holistic banking products and solutions, ranging from deposit/loan accounts, payment, operations dashboard, customer servicing, accounting and other supporting App functionalities - Familiarise with local regulation and customer behaviour.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university with outstanding academic achievement in computer science, engineering, finance or related disciplines - 3-8 years’ experience in product development in Payment (bank transfer / RTGS / SKN / BI Fast) - Or specialised in Regulatory Reporting (doing reports to our regulator (BI or OJK), experienced in doing any automation project related to the reporting) - Possess a solid understanding on banking related applications and technologies in terms of products and supporting services, system and business operation procedures, risk management, regulatory compliance, and etc. - Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must

My Indo candidate has 5 yrs exp and his current salary is 2.700 USD/month net and have 3 direct product owners who report to him. He expects 3k6 net (but can negotiable more cos he kinda interests in SEA Group)
