∙ The Engineer Manager is responsible for managing an organization of several development squads. ∙ Build self-organized, highly engaged and performant development teams. ∙ Provide agile best practices for continuously delivering value to customers. ∙ Coach development teams in applying Scrum and DevOps Manage the employee career development. ∙ Collaborate across functions including areas outside of Tech. ∙ Drive and facilitate organizational changes Align development processes across the teams. ∙ Encourage cross-team collaboration. ∙ Build a team culture of measured, continuous improvement. ∙ Collaborate on delivery roadmaps with Product Owners, Tech Leads to ensure the teams have clear directions and priorities.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
∙ 5+ years of experience in managing software development teams ∙ Experience working with international clients and on/offshore working model ∙ Strong knowledge in software engineering processes ∙ Strong leadership and coaching skills ∙ Excellent problem solving & communication skills Excellent customer and internal team relationship building skills ∙ Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment
