Conversion Optimization Manager

- At least 2.5 years in a similar role - Fluent English communication (both written and spoken). - Professional experience in online conversion optimization and proven experience in defining and executing experiments with collaborative teams. - Degree or comparable training in the field of online marketing, business or psychology. - Practical experience working with Web Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), A/B test tools (e.g. Optimizely or Google Optimize) and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Google - Data Studio or Tableau). - Experience in agile ways of working or agile product development. - Very good knowledge in data analysis and ideally in statistical analysis (e.g. SPSS, R, Python). - Friendly, confident and positive and enjoy contact with various stakeholders. - A strong sense of responsibility, high self-motivation and team spirit is natural to you. - Understanding that everything can be questioned & continuously improved. - Consciously leaving comfort zone & embracing failure as part of the journey to success. - Strong growth mindset with a lifelong learning attitude. - Strong communication & presentation skills and persuasiveness round off your profile.
