- Lead an existing team of graphic designers, pixel artists and illustrators. - Bring onboard key talent including digital illustrators, pixel artists, technical artists etc. - Lead meetings to define art direction and provide constructive feedback for art concepts, WIPs and completed designs. - As a great team-player, with great coaching and mentoring skills, you will inspire and elevate others as well as provide guidance and direction to your team of artists. - Review our current art style and direct changes where necessary to create a cohesive and believable world. - Be able to get your hands dirty and work on art to help artists. - Working with the creative director to deliver the vision. - Oversee all design related aspects of the game to produce a visually distinct and vibrant world
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- You have at least 5 years experience as an art director for mobile RPG games or similar. - Want to build a team of high performing and individually talented artists. - Want to work on a project with unique market positioning that has the potential for mass adoption by communities and players around the world. - Want to train and grow new and promising artists. - Can create, evolve and execute an artistic vision and have an excellent eye for detail and what successful games look like. - Are highly creative and passionate about games and can quickly create concepts and/or mock-ups to communicate complex creative ideas. - Can work efficiently and within deadlines. - Have knowledge of technical advantages and constraints in all art forms we use, including digital illustrations and pixel art. - Possess top-notch communication, collaboration, problem-solving and project management skills. - Have extensive experience in Pixel Art and Digital Illustration as well as other digital art forms. - Have experience using Discord servers and interacting with online communities. - You enjoy mobile gacha games and MMORPGs. - You have a strong grasp of English.
