Account Management Sales Client Relations Partnership Sales Sales Manager
- Responsible for finding and identifying potential customers for core products (magazines, advertising, investment, event sponsorship) in finance, tech, banking, and related sectors. - Build and implement the sales process from lead identification to deal closure. - Review proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies. - Manage and drive team sales performance and company revenue growth. - Coordinate sales activities while maintaining strong partner relationships. - Develop and manage customer pipelines (new and existing). - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Editorial, Event, etc.) to deliver effective solutions. - Stay updated on media, branding, advertising, and sponsorship trends.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in media, magazine, advertising, or events. - Strong understanding of the media market, advertising, press, and sponsorship landscape. - Skilled in identifying, negotiating with, and nurturing potential clients. - Capable of leading and managing a sales team with performance-based KPIs. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Fluent in English (speaking & writing). - Strategic thinking with solid market insight and business development acumen.
