Sales Business Development Account Management Sale Manager Sales
The mission of the Sales Manager is to identify and pursue sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote Savvycom’s IT services to Korean businesses in need of reliable and scalable technology solutions. This role requires a sharp business sense, cultural awareness, and excellent communication skills to effectively connect with local clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and committed to expanding Savvycom’s market share by delivering real business value and nurturing long-term client trust 1. Business Development & Market Expansion • Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients in need of software development, digital transformation, or IT consulting services. • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, with a strong focus on enterprise and mid-size businesses. • Represent the company at industry events, tech forums, and networking opportunities to raise brand visibility. • Position the company as a trusted offshore/hybrid technology partner for the Korea market. 2. Sales Cycle & Client Management • Lead end-to-end sales processes: from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and negotiation to contract signing. • Coordinate closely with technical and delivery teams (onshore and offshore) to craft tailored solutions that meet client expectations. • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction and retention levels. 3. Strategic Contribution • Collaborate with the Country Director to define market entry strategies, service offerings, pricing models, and customer experience improvements • Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine go-to market plans. • Contribute to building a high-performance, client-centric sales culture in the Korea office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. - At least 04-year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record. - Strong knowledge of offshore/hybrid delivery models (Vietnam – Korea is a plus). - Fluent in Korea (TOPIK 6) and fluent in English. - Background in the IT industry, especially in Korea Market. - Entrepreneurial mindset, independent working style, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (Hungry to earn money). - Excellent presentation & communication skills (ice-breaking, storytelling, and conversation maintenance). - Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Hard-working and self-accountable.
