Job Objectives - Drive accommodation revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies. - Optimize rental opportunities for the 9th floor, ensuring full utilization of available space. - Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Accommodation Revenue Sales - Develop and execute strategies to boost accommodation revenue. - Collaborate with the Front Office team to optimize room sales, promotions, and upselling activities. - Maintain strong relationships with OTAs and corporate clients to secure bookings. - Propose at least one improvement plan each month for underperforming room types. Rental Management for 9th Floor - Identify and negotiate with potential tenants or event organizers for short-term or long-term rentals. - Coordinate with operations to prepare the 9th floor for various uses, such as events, pop-ups, or coworking spaces. - Evaluate rental performance quarterly and propose adjustments to pricing or offerings as needed. Market Analysis & Strategy Development - Gather and analyze at least five market trends, policies, or news items monthly (e.g., new flights, events, or exhibitions). - Propose 1–2 sales or marketing strategies monthly based on market dynamics. - Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to ensure Meander Saigon remains competitive. Performance Reporting - Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports, including REV, OCC, ADR, RevPAR, and rental revenue for the 9th floor. - Analyze and track key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement. Social Media & Content Marketing - Publish a minimum of eight posts monthly on social media platforms. - Achieve annual growth of at least 10% in followers and engagement. - Collaborate with at least two local KOLs or media partners per quarter to enhance brand visibility. Customer Engagement & Events - Host at least one in-store activity or festive event monthly to boost customer satisfaction. - Partner with local brands for co-branded projects or merchandise biannually. Platform Management & Sales Channels - Maintain and optimize listings on OTA platforms, ensuring accurate and attractive content. - Propose and manage promotional campaigns, evaluating results quarterly. Team Collaboration & Supervision - Work with the sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. - Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing and sales channels. Group Brand Initiatives - Contribute to group-level branding projects and membership program development. - Conduct competitor research and propose unique positioning strategies for Meander Saigon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. - At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industries. - Proven ability to manage sales targets and rental agreements. - Fluent in Mandarin (Both Speaking and Writing)
