Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is a cloud-based productivity suite that includes popular applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. It also offers collaboration tools like Teams and OneDrive, enabling real-time communication and file sharing. Designed for businesses of all sizes, Microsoft 365 provides integrated solutions for productivity, collaboration, and security, helping teams work efficiently from anywhere. • Review issues and contact global customers to understand problems via audio call/email. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue. • Log analysis and other proprietary tools analyze problems and develop solutions for customer needs. • Collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues. • Attends readiness training and non-technical training to ensure that they become proficient in support topics. Product/Process Improvement.
• Proficient in English (4 skills) is a must. • Open for freshers. • Available to work fixed night shifts onsite (Flexible 9 hours/day) • Strong customer service sense/mindset. • Passion and desire to develop in the IT industry.
