1. Responsible for installation, commissioning, and training of vision inspection system and machine acceptance. 2. Pay frequent customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships. 3. Handle machine maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues. 4. Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
1. 2+ years of experiences in similar technical services job. 2. Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT or automation, eletricical is preferred. 3. Fluency in Mandarin. Lives near Kuala Lumpur. Good communication skills, hard working, self motivated, and a good team player. 4. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings. 5. Familiar with office software, such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically.
