As a leading global in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) manufacturer, we specialize in diabetes monitoring, chronic disease testing, anesthesiology, and ophthalmology diagnostic products. To accelerate our growth in Vietnam, we are hiring two Sales Managers to lead commercial efforts in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. These roles will drive sales of our IVD solutions (e.g., glucose monitoring systems, HbA1c analyzers, anesthesia monitors, ophthalmic diagnostic devices) across hospitals, clinics, and labs. The ideal candidates will have proven IVD/medical device sales experience, deep relationships with healthcare providers, and expertise in Vietnam’s regulatory landscape. Sales Strategy & Execution: - Achieve revenue targets for diabetes, chronic disease, anesthesia, and ophthalmology product lines. - Target key accounts: hospitals (endocrinology, anesthesia, ophthalmology departments), labs, and distributors. - Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals. Market Development: - Identify unmet needs in diabetes care, chronic disease management, and perioperative/ophthalmic diagnostics. - Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns for the Vietnamese market. Regulatory & Compliance: - Ensure sales activities adhere to Vietnam MOH/MEDIAD regulations for medical devices. - Support product registration and tender processes as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work with HQ R&D to provide market feedback for product optimization. - Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of reagents/equipment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or Business. MBA is a plus. Experience: - 5+ years selling IVD/medical devices (experience with diabetes monitors, chronic disease tests, anesthesia equipment, or ophthalmic devices is highly preferred). - 1+ years in team management role. - Established network in Vietnamese hospitals/labs (e.g., Cho Ray Hospital, Bach Mai Hospital). - Experience navigating Vietnam’s medical device tenders and reimbursement policies. Language: - Fluent in Vietnamese and English Skills: - Technical aptitude to explain product specifications (e.g., CLIA-waived devices, POCT applications). - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis.
