B2B Business Development
- Conducts sales calls/visits to established and target accounts within a specified industry. - Develops and implements strategies for new products and services in assigned territory. - Identifies new opportunities by analyzing business needs and customer portfolios. - Builds and maintains positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts, ensuring sales teams receive timely updates. - Collaborates with CMA CGM sales team to develop and secure cross-sell opportunities, including joint customer meetings and CRM updates. - Promotes teamwork by assisting CEVA sales professionals worldwide through joint calls and support. - Provides internal marketing support and knowledge sharing. - Executes additional duties as required or assigned. - Drives new sales initiatives and strategies to sell all services effectively. - Identifies viable route development lanes aligned with global programs. - Adheres strictly to company policies and working processes.
- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study - Experience: Sales experience for relevant sector - Having experiences in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines - Good knowledge of all air, sea, ground and contract logistics products and services - Good in communication and negotiation - Strong organizational and management skills - Good presentation skills
