Consultant ERP Consultant
● Conduct an in-depth analysis of business processes and translate them into system requirements. ● Lead small-scale ERP implementation projects (small size projects), managing full cycles from discovery to deployment. ● Create detailed project documentation including functional specs, process flows, and data mappings. ● Provide expert recommendations on ERP best practices and business process optimization. ● Support system configuration, testing, and user training to ensure smooth implementation. ● Assist with data migration, integration, and validation throughout project phases. ● Coordinate project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders. ● Lead client workshops and deliver post-go-live support. ➢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. ➢ 2-5 years of experience in similar positions ➢ Good knowledge of leading Odoo systems ➢ Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ➢ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English. ➢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. ➢ Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently. ➢ Willingness to work at night to communicate with clients in the US several days a week.

➢ Prior experience in ERP consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery is preferred. ➢ Good understanding of business processes across various industries, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, retail and field services is preferred. ➢ Experience with ERP implementation is a plus
