HR Recruitment
- Collaborate with teams to understand IT hiring needs and manage the recruitment process. - Work with external partners (universities, job platforms, etc.) for talent sourcing. - Support managers in HR-related tasks (e.g., candidate search via online channels). - Organize and participate in recruitment events. - Create and send personalized recruitment emails to passive candidates. - Contribute to building the company’s employer branding. - Stay informed about new technologies and trends. - Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and select suitable candidates according to company standards. - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates. - Draft and send job offer letters, and coordinate onboarding with the HR team. - Propose improvements for recruitment and candidate evaluation processes.
- At least 2 years of IT recruitment experience - Strong communication, observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Positive, objective, and patient when handling candidate concerns. - Ability to understand and explain job requirements for various IT positions. - Solid sourcing skills using social networks, job sites, and direct channels. - Capable of identifying labor market trends in the IT industry. - Willing to learn and grow; maintain transparency within the company. - Enjoy working with young IT teams (Dev, QC) and students. Proficient in Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendar for scheduling. - Able to read and write documents and emails in English; Good speaking/listening skills.
