Planning, Reporting, and Operational Supervision (30%): - Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans for the IFRS product line. - Monitor and ensure the effective execution of planned activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, academic, operations) to align marketing efforts. - Track KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and prepare periodic performance reports. - Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation for the product. Market Research & Strategic Marketing Proposal (30%): - Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends in the IFRS training sector. - Research target customer behaviors and learning needs (working professionals, finance & accounting personnel, etc.). - Propose product positioning, pricing, and communication strategies tailored to each target segment. - Collaborate with the strategic marketing team to refine the overall marketing direction for IFRS programs. Execution of Content, Events, and Partnerships (30%): - Develop and execute content marketing plans, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns. - Coordinate and manage marketing events (workshops, webinars) to promote IFRS programs. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, corporations, and industry experts. - Support campaign ideation and creative briefing for media assets related to IFRS. - Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and product positioning. Training & Internal Enablement (10%) - Provide training and guidance to new marketing team members or collaborators involved with the IFRS product. - Share best practices and support knowledge transfer to ensure consistent team performance.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates with significant experience in marketing and team management are encouraged to apply. - Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns, projects, or teams. - Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and Inbound Marketing strategies. - Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve objectives while fostering collaboration and growth. - Tech Savvy: Good at marketing tools and technologies, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, and Data Studio. - Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English for communication and marketing material
