Channel & Customer Management: - Take full ownership of key accounts in Hyper/Super channels and/or Korean retail chains (e.g., Lotte Mart, Emart, Mega Market, K-Market,...). - Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual growth. - Lead the annual business plan, monthly forecasts, and quarterly reviews with assigned key accounts. - Build, negotiate, and execute trading terms, promotions, and activation plans. Sales & Performance Execution: - Drive sales growth and achieve volume, value, and distribution targets. - Track and analyze market performance and competitor activities to develop data-driven strategies. - Monitor sales performance, ROI of trade activities, and recommend improvement actions. - Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure on-time delivery and effective campaign rollouts. Planning & Forecasting: - Collaborate on demand planning and stock control to ensure product availability. - Analyze sell-out data and shopper insights to tailor offerings per channel. - Propose new product listings and manage in-store visibility in collaboration with merchandising teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account/Modern Trade management in the FMCG industry. - Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and communication skills. - Experience working with either Hyper/Super chains or Korean retail channels is a plus. - Fluent in English (Korean language is a plus for Korean channel handling). - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
