Job Overview And Responsibility
Main Role & Responsibilities: - To manage, control, and perform complex of Renewable power project development and M&A for solar rooftop, solar farm, and wind farm - Lead to develop solar rooftop, solar farm, and wind farm for project development and M&A activities - Identifying and developing new business opportunities - Closely monitor government energy policy directions and market conditions for creating corporate strategy for short term and long-term plan - Work closely with senior management team in Thailand to ensure all deliverable to meet company target - Strong relationship with government authorities and business partners, including advisors that related to renewable business - Analyze investment returns, prepare presentation for management meeting - Negotiation project agreements including PPA, EPC, MOU, JDA, SHA, SPA etc. - Other works related to power project development and M&A Other accountabilities - Guide and assist, if needed, junior members in performing their tasks to ensure consistent un-derstanding and ability to perform tasks. - Review, if needed, assignment completed by junior members to ensure integrity and accuracy of work conducted. - Perform analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization. - Engage in regular meetings/ updates with team members, collect feedback, encourage and promote team spirit. - Identify/ respond appropriately to high-complex issues, in order to ensure that each issue is efficiently dealt with or escalated to a superior level properly. - Respond to instructions to undertake specific tasks to assist senior members in the completion of projects or assignments. - Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees in engineering, Economics, Finance or Business - Financial Model - 3-5 years’ experience in Renewable power project development and M&A - Excellent understanding of power business contracts including PPA, EPC, Financing, JDA, SHA, SPA - Excellent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Excellent investment analytical skill - Excellent project management skill - Excellent Interpersonal skill - Excellent command of business English
