Job Overview And Responsibility

Job Overview: We are looking for an On-Premise Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our presence in the Travel Retail channel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and implementing strategic business plans that enhance our customer base and brand visibility. Responsibilities: Business Development - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the On-premises (travel retail channel). - Must be able to implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Business Relation - Understand the working process, cooperate with related departments to implement work Report, forecast - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the manager. - Prepare and participate in daily & weekly team meetings to discuss sales and customer growth. - Forecast of sales per sub-channel, per customer. - Project expected sales volume/revenue for existing and new products. Sales team management - Communicates effectively with people in the team and outside of it as well. - Have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goals

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not always required). - At least 4 years of experience in sales on TRAVEL RETAIL/ HORECA/ MODERN TRADE channel, including 2 years managing key customers is required. - Having experience in the Food & Beverage/ Premium Retail industry is preferred. - Strong English communication and presentation skills (oral and written). - Strong selling skills. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets. - Solution selling skills. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
