Job Overview And Responsibility

Responsibilities - Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing plans aligned with the brand’s business strategy. - Position the brand in the market and increase brand awareness. Capaign management - Lead 360° marketing campaigns (online and offline), including advertising, communications, digital marketing, social media, events, and PR. - Plan and monitor the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI based on project objectives. Market and consumer analysis - Research trends in the cosmetics/FMCG industry and analyze consumer buying behaviors to propose optimal engagement strategies. - Monitor competitors and evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing strategies. Team leadership - Manage and train the marketing team, ensuring a creative and professional work environment. - Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, product development for campaign execution Brand and product management - Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels. - Support new product development and implement appropriate pricing and distribution strategies. Performance measurement and reporting - Analyze data from marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and refine strategies. - Manage personnel within the marketing management group. - Update and report work progress as required.

Required Skills and Experience

Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Experiences - Candidates with 4-6 years of marketing management experience especially in cosmetics are preferred, though FMCG experience is also valued. - Experience managing teams and executing 360° marketing campaigns. - Entrepreneurial vision is essential. Recognize innovative opportunities and potential challenges, and deliver strategic and creative solutions. Professional skills - In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics or FMCG markets, consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape. - Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics,...) - Skilled in brand and product strategy development. - Basic design experience with Canva, Photoshop, and presentation tools. - Strong project management and multitasking abilities. - Proven ability to execute impactful events and campaigns. - Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning marketing with business goals. Additional requirements - Creativity, trend awareness, and a data-driven mindset. - Language Skills: Proficiency in English IELTS 6.0 or above - Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. - Age Range: 25–35 years old. - Good health and resilience under pressure.
