Job Overview And Responsibility

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing plans across the SUTL Group to meet the company’s overall objectives. They lead digital initiatives to drive brand awareness, performance, and lead generation, with a focus on Consumer Goods & E-Commerce including EDMs, e-commerce campaigns, in-platform ads, social media strategy, and support for product launches and rebranding efforts. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in an office environment. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for SUTL Consumer Goods. - Manage SUTL Consumer Goods EDM campaigns, ensuring high engagement rates and conversion. 2. E-Commerce & Campaign Management: - Oversee the production and execution of e-commerce promotions across various platforms for brands like FIJI - Water, SUTL Consumer Goods, TLC, Nestle Professional, Eagle Brand, Condition, and Cocoxim. - Monitor and optimize all brand's Lazada & Shopee in-platform ads to maximize reach and ROI. - Produce detailed e-commerce reports, analyzing key metrics to inform future strategies. 3. Social Media Content Strategy: - Oversee the social media content strategy for SUTL Consumer Goods, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms. - Manage the social media content strategy for FIJI Water, ensuring it aligns with global branding while resonating with local audiences. 4. Ad Hoc Projects: - Support and assist the rebranding efforts of all social media and e-commerce platforms under SUTL. - Support the marketing efforts for new product launches under SUTL Consumer Goods, if any. - Assist in the e-commerce store revamp projects, ensuring digital presence and promotions are effectively communicated. Other duties as and when assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong command of written and spoken English with excellent copywriting skills - Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, - Degree in Marketing or a related field - Solid understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, content, and programmatic advertising - Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, and Zoho - Experienced in managing websites using WordPress, including DIVI and Elementor - Skilled in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop - Able to generate performance tracking reports using tools like Looker Studio - Familiar with Singapore’s social media and e-commerce landscape, including tone and consumer behavior - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a matrix environment - Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Willingness to travel to Singapore occasionally
