- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue growth targets from new customers in expanded provincial markets. - Forecasting revenue, allocating targets and budgets to teams, ensuring efficiency and feasibility. - Monitoring and evaluating budget utilization, making timely adjustments to optimize outcomes. - Implementing campaigns and projects according to established plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Analyzing market trends and competitors to propose timely and effective business strategies. - Understanding the needs and challenges of key customer segments, building long-term partnership strategies to foster sustainable relationships with stakeholders. - Assigning and rotating personnel appropriately for each project to ensure progress and efficiency. - Ensuring project feasibility and driving growth in Gross Service Value (GSV) for the company. - Recruit, train, and coach team members to build a high-performing business development team-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or B2B sales, preferably in logistics or e-commerce industries. - Strong skills in market analysis, planning, and budget management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with clients and partners. - Strategic thinking, creativity, and effective team management skills. - Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Suite) and CRM software.
