Communications English Sales
Job Summary: • In charge of account and business development in dairy, bakery & premix (medium accounts). General Responsibilities • Develop and implement short- and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories/customers. • Manage reporting of sales and projects, responsible for portfolio and clients as assigned. • Propose areas for customer expansion based on market knowledge. • Develop a good multi-level relationship with customers who are in the R&D, Purchasing, Marketing, and Production departments. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivered to meet clients/customer’s requirements. • Identify product gaps and business opportunities based on lost sales data, customers feedback, and market competition. • Leadership responsibilities: Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of B2B Technical Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning. • Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Functional Skills and Knowledge: • 2+ years of selling experience in the food industry, working with distributors/clients in the food industry, has the advantage. • B2B selling skills with a technical/solution approach • Understanding customer’s/clients’ value propositions • Knowledge of food ingredients, additives, and food processing. • Good relations with the top 20 customers in the market and knowing the competition. Soft skills: • Communication/Interpersonal skills • Negotiation and problem-solving skills • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken Education: • Bachelor’s degree in food industry/ chemical/ biotechnology (Graduated from the University of Food Technology & University of Technology has the advantage)
