Account Management English Negotiation Customer Service
Job description • To carry out the selling & merchandising jobs in order to achieve the monthly targets and respond to the customer services delivery for all individual outlets. General Responsibilities • Daily sales operations (Selling, sales report, customer report, display, frequent stock check, order recommendation, invoices,...) • Responsible for the sales target, stock, money/ cash, goods at the store • Follow-up / execute all promotions communicated. • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability. • Fill and rotate all shelves, displays and equipment to standards. • Properly priced product - Utilize appropriate point of purchase materials. • Ensure that the merchandising campaigns are executed effectively to increase the visibility of products at the store. • Make sure that the products on display must be clean, in order and dust free. • Customer Relationship management: to build up and maintain good relationship with customers
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, especially in sales/customer account management. • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers. • Demonstrate sound selling skills and proven key account management experience in fast-moving consumer goods. • Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding. • Demonstrate strong negotiation and communications skills. • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Bachelor’s degree from University in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent.
