Digital Marketing
1.UX/UI Management - Review and optimize the user experience (UX/UI) monthly on the store to increase conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. - Plan designs and quote for monthly publications to send to clients for approval. - Collaborate with the branding and design team to create key visuals for the store each month. - Prepare layout briefs for shop-in-shop, landing pages, sub-pages, product packshots, etc., for both BAU activities and campaigns on the app & website. - Work closely with KAM to ensure that displayed information is consistent with the promotional plan. - Set up display pages and image resources for BAU and campaigns. - Check quality and monitor the submission of display resources to the platform. - Oversee the display schedule to ensure resources are published on time and perform well. - Prepare offsite resources (AFF, CPAS, Display Ads, Brand Ads) for the PMC team. - Handle urgent requests from the platform, clients, and internal departments. 2. Product SEO Optimization - Ensure product information (title, images, description) is accurate, updated, and optimized for SEO standards. - Monitor and work with the platform to ensure compliance with product display standards. - Collaborate with the PMC team to update effective keywords and optimize product content to enhance SEO/SEM performance. 3. Customer Engagement Activities A. CRM/CEM - Build a CRM/CEM strategy to attract new customers and retain existing ones, increasing conversion rates. - Plan and create monthly CRM/CEM content that aligns with the promotional plan. - Set up CRM/CEM content on Seller Center. - Monitor campaign effectiveness, generate reports, and propose optimizations. B. Video - Plan monthly video postings (timing, format, content). - Brief video ideas for the internal team. - Collaborate with the design team to check quality and finalize videos. - Monitor posting schedules, analyze performance, and suggest improvements. - Livestream Management Prepare all livestream resources: links, banners, packshots, etc. - Register for display support (popup, priority display) with the platform and submit documents on time. - Set up links and coordinate technical aspects to ensure smooth livestreaming. - Monitor livestream results, analyze data, and suggest improvements. 4. Other Tasks - Monitor and implement the process of funding paid advertising budgets. - Participate in internal meetings and prepare periodic reports. - Perform other tasks as requested by superiors or related departments.
• Understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce operations, especially in FMCG sector. • Experience with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki (shop setup, campaign execution, SEO/SEM). • Basic knowledge of UX/UI to optimize user experience and conversion. • Skills in content planning, CRM/CEM, and video/livestream coordination. • Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners. • Good command of English communication skills • Preferred at least 2 years of experience in this similar role
