* Objectives: We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager who shares our passion for building new HR initiatives, overseeing & efficiently managing all HR functions, and maintaining HR best practices aligned with business growth strategy to build a workforce with exceptional talents to create growth for the company, at highest productivity level, making people resources the competitive advantage of PMAX. As a strategic HR Manager, you will be driving our dynamic HR & Admin team to promote company values, control manpower plans, enhance talent development and total rewards programs. * Job Description Responsible for implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support company sustainable growth including: * Talent development: - Proactively collaborate with all functional heads, ensuring performance delivery and alignment to company processes and strategic initiatives - Develop employee career path, department succession planning and manage the learning and development roadmap of all level, monitor company training programs - Advise functional heads in managing the employee relations; measuring employee satisfaction and identify improvement needs, provide guidance to managers where needed - Contribute to maintain a strong corporate culture through developing internal policy and legal compliance - Contribute to the employee experience excellence including on-boarding and off-boarding processes * Talent acquisition: - Manage consulting for departments about workforce planning and talent segment. - Implement TA workplan to enrich talent pool - Headcount planning and manage the corresponding recruitment budget * Total rewards and performance management: - Deliver C&B activities related to payroll management, benefits and rewards development - Maintain and upgrade the performance management process, competency system and assessment of employees - Plan and monitor of annual HR budget and manpower plan * HR Administration: Manage and oversee all HR administrative budget plan
- Proven working experience as a HR Manager or HRBP Lead role - HRBP experience, business acumen - Knowledge of HR systems, databases and processes. - Data analytics skill ie tracking, measurement, analysis, decision making - Good at problem solving skills, experience solving business problems - Team management experience is a must

- Depth and breadth of HR functional experiences are pluses - People oriented, results driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team. - Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication and management skills. - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and an ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. - In-depth knowledge of labor law.
