Job Overview And Responsibility
- Lead a portfolio of brand accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication. - Take ownership of end-to-end IMC campaign planning and execution, covering digital, social, PR, KOLs, media buying, production, and e-commerce when applicable. - Receive client briefs and translate them into integrated strategies with clear objectives, key messages, and KPIs. - Conduct or analyze market/consumer research to develop relevant insights that shape the campaign direction. - Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Social, Production) to co-develop strategic proposals and pitch-winning ideas. - Estimate, manage, and optimize campaign budgets to ensure performance and ROI. - Oversee campaign execution: manage workflows, timelines, deliverables, and KPI tracking. - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. - Coordinate both internal and external resources, including third-party vendors and production partners. - Ensure final outputs meet quality standards, align with strategic intent, and deliver business results. - Consolidate and present post-campaign performance reports and strategic learnings. - Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders. Inspire and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in agency and knowledge of various categories of brand; - Proficient in English (especially writing and speaking); - Always stay up-to-date of target audience trends and behaviors; - Amazing communication and presentation skills; - Strong problem solving, time and multi-task management & leadership skills; - Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines; - Creative thinking and regular idea generation; - Client service mindset & project management skill.
