Designer UI / UX Illustrator Design Social Media Marketing Graphic Design
As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in visually bringing our clients' brands and marketing campaigns to life. You will have shared responsibility for designing and developing fresh, compelling ad creatives and marketing collateral that drive results for our real estate clients. You'll also contribute your design expertise to website projects and help shape Lead Fleet's own brand presence. What You’ll Be Doing: ● Designing for Impact: Conceptualise, design, and develop a wide range of high-quality digital ad creatives (for social media, PPC, etc.) tailored to the real estate industry with strong conversion outcomes dependent on the campaign. ● Crafting Marketing Collateral: Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including downloadable resources (e.g., eBooks, guides, checklists), presentations, and social media graphics for our clients. ● Brand Continuity: Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to for both our clients and Lead Fleet, maintaining a high standard of visual excellence. ● Creative Contribution: Work closely with account managers to understand client objectives, brainstorm innovative content ideas, and translate strategies into compelling visuals.
● A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, particularly in digital advertising and marketing collateral. ● At least 3 years of experience in a graphic design role. ● Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign & Canva ● A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. ● Ability to translate marketing objectives and client needs into creative and effective design solutions. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. ● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ● A genuine passion for helping businesses grow through outstanding design.
