Account Management
- Strategic Planning & Performance Management - Lead AOP and rolling forecast processes. - Drive accountability for target achievements across departments. - Business Intelligence & Dashboards - Build BI dashboards for revenue, EBITDA, margin mix, store performance, purchase price trends, etc. - Lead crisis-time data reviews for agile decision-making. - Operational Efficiency & Alignment - Identify reasons for stagnant EBITDA despite revenue growth. - Lead initiatives in pricing, mix management, and store productivity. - Store & Regional Profitability - Analyze underperforming stores and regions. - Drive turnarounds or rationalization based on financial insights. - Procurement & Rebate Optimization - Monitor purchase prices, rebates, and back margins with Purchasing. - Supply Chain & Cost Projects - Lead cross-functional cost savings initiatives. - Support supply chain planning and inventory strategy. - Month-End & Financial Accuracy - Streamline closing processes, automate reconciliations, and enhance reporting accuracy.
1. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred - 8–12+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in retail or FMCG - Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills - Proficient in ERP, Power BI, and financial tools 2. Success Metrics: - EBITDA and Gross Profit target achievement - % cost savings delivered - Turnaround ratio of unprofitable stores - Speed and accuracy of financial reporting - Adoption of AI/BI tools
