Account Management
- Develop and implement HR systems for recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, and labor relations in compliance with Vietnamese law. - Lead recruitment for all positions. - Resolve labor disputes and prevent risks (such as strikes, social insurance audits, etc). - Coordinate and communicate with external government agencies regarding safety, environment, and labor matters. - Design cross-cultural management solutions and coordinate collaboration between Chinese and Vietnamese teams.
- Education: College degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. - Experience: 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role. Candidates from the manufacturing industry are preferred. - Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese (native), fluent in Chinese. - Proficient in Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance policies, and labor risk prevention measures. - Familiar with local recruitment channels (JobStreet, VietnamWorks, etc). - Ability to build and refine KPI systems. - Cross-culturally sensitive, skilled in coordinating between expatriate and local teams.
