Sales
- Develop plans, organize implementation, and take responsibility for sales activities of the oncology screening product group, ensuring the company’s sales targets are met. - Analyze market information and provide recommendations to optimize business activities. - Manage, train, and guide the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer-specific approaches. - Propose and advise senior management on action plans to improve business performance and achieve company sales objectives. - Report feedback to senior management, collect customer insights, collaborate with managers to process information, monitor industry trends, and gather market intelligence. - Handle contract-related tasks, including negotiation and finalization. Collect customer and market information to build a database for the department. Maintain customer relationships and identify potential clients. - Monitor customer interactions of each sales representative, compile reports, identify areas for improvement, refine sales strategies, and provide additional training. - Develop operational plans for the entire sales channel, review individual work plans for sales representatives on a weekly and monthly basis. - Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine & Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Business, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in a sales team leader or equivalent position in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry, with experience in ETC and OTC sales channels. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Honest, proactive, ambitious, and responsible in work. - Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong stress management skills. - Dynamic, highly responsible, and willing to support colleagues. - Passionate about creating positive value for the community.
