Job Overview And Responsibility

Anh Nguyen Investment and Real Estate Development Company is a growing business expanding its operations with two key projects in Nha Trang and Ninh Binh. To support this growth, Anh Nguyen’s leadership team is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and coordinate the company’s operational activities. I. Responsibilities The COO will report directly to the Chairman and will be responsible for supervising and managing the company’s daily administrative and operational functions. This role plays a vital part in the company’s overall success and development. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the investment and resort real estate development sector, along with a proven track record in optimizing operations, team management, and driving business expansion. Operational Management - Lead and oversee daily company operations to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and objectives. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize processes and improve efficiency. - Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and cost control. Human Resource Management - Lead a professional team, including Human Resources, Construction Economics, Project Management, Design, Finance, and Operations departments. - Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable work culture across operational teams. - Evaluate the performance of various departments and provide constructive feedback. Project Management - Oversee project planning, development, and execution while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. - Work closely with the project management team to identify and mitigate risks or obstacles impacting project success. Financial Oversight - Manage the financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure cost-effective operations and revenue growth. - Conduct financial data reviews to improve budgeting and profitability strategies. Strategic Planning - Liaise with senior leadership to gather input and align on strategic directions. - Collaborate with the Chairman and Executive Board to develop and execute growth and expansion strategies. - Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and expansion initiatives. Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements related to real estate development. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company’s adherence to standards. Relationship Building - Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and government agencies. - Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with partners. Other Responsibilities - Oversee procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment while managing efficient warehouse and asset operations. - Conduct quality checks for production activities, recruitment processes, and staff training programs. - Develop plans to improve the quality of operational business products/services to meet customer needs effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Management, Real Estate, or other related fields. - Proficiency in English. - 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership position (Chief/Head/…) within the resort/retreat real estate development and investment sector. - Extensive knowledge of real estate development processes, from land acquisition to project handover. - Excellent strategic planning and project management skills. - Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive financial success. - Proven experience in developing and managing a professional team. - In-depth understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and approval processes.
