- Track KPIs to monitor departmental and organizational effectiveness - Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making - Collaborate with superiors to develop and follow through on action plans that drive KPI achievement - Act as an internal consultant, guiding line managers in understanding and applying performance strategies. - Work cross-functionally to enhance execution and efficiency of performance initiatives - Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Has strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with KPIs and performance metrics - Is highly proficient in Excel and familiar with hospitality systems - Has strong understanding of business operations, particularly within the hospitality industry - Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels - Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Hospitality - Has prior experience in planning and performance analysis
