Sales Management English Negotiation Market Research
Job Description: • Conduct market and competitor analysis. • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships using the available customer database (including architects, investors, and sales clients), by approaching them, understanding their needs, introducing product specifications, and persuading them to purchase the company's products. • Build a customer database and develop detailed business plans in coordination with the Marketing, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to achieve the company's revenue and profit goals, while ensuring high-quality customer care. • Monitor the implementation of each sales plan phase, motivate and encourage staff, report and assess sales progress with team members, and adjust plans as necessary. • Collaborate with the Accounting department to manage payment sources and customer debts, always prioritizing and protecting the company's best interests. • Develop new customers, follow up, and provide after-sales care to ensure assigned sales targets are met. • Advise and strategize short-, medium-, and long-term business development plans for the company. • Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by the General Director/Deputy General Director.
Job Requirements: • Proven experience in sales and sales management within the building materials, interior design, architecture, or engineering industries. • Good command of English in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role. • Ability to work effectively under high pressure and a strong drive to achieve targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess market trends. • Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated with good emotional self-regulation.
