Team Leader Product Manager Data Analysis
- Shape and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and priorities. - Evaluate the user and business impact of product initiatives, proactively identifying risks and incorporating mitigation plans into solutions. - Prioritize and refine the product backlog, features, and requirements based on customer insights, market analysis, business goals, and data-driven research. - Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate product concepts effectively. - Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization — with a focus on quality, usability, and user satisfaction. - Continuously optimize the product development process to enhance speed, efficiency, and quality. - Act as a bridge between product and engineering teams to align technical feasibility with product goals. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, legal, finance, and other departments to support product launches and drive growth. - Measure and analyze product performance and outcomes using data-driven methods (e.g., A/B testing) to inform iterations and improvements. - Manage and mentor a team of Senior Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in trust, collaboration, innovation, customer focus, and data-driven decision-making. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, sales teams, and customers. - Represent the product management team, advocating for product interests to senior leadership and broader stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in product management leadership roles, with direct experience managing Senior Product Managers or equivalent senior contributors. - Demonstrated success in delivering impactful products that meet both user needs and business objectives. - Strong product vision and intuitive sense for user-centric solutions, with the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant products. - Advanced analytical skills and experience applying data and metrics to inform decisions and measure product success. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English), with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across various functions and organizational levels. - Solid understanding of agile and lean product development practices, and familiarity with modern product management tools and frameworks. - Strategic, creative, customer-obsessed thinker with a growth mindset. - Quick learner, eager to apply new technologies to solve user challenges, reach new audiences, and unlock new business opportunities.
