POSITION PURPOSE The multimedia specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling content that reflects the brand’s prestige and educational excellence. This role involves producing high-quality photographs and videos for marketing and communications purposes, aligning with the strategic objectives of increasing brand visibility and student engagement on both local and international scales. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Photography: Conduct photo shoots for campus events, promotional activities, and other university-related functions; Manage all aspects of in-house photography, from planning to editing, ensuring alignment with brand standards. • Video Production: Produce and edit video content that highlights the university’s programmes, campus life, student success stories, industry engagements, etc.; Develop video concepts that align with campaign goals. • Project Management: Coordinate with departments to identify their visual content needs and manage projects from conception through to delivery. • Vendor Management: Supervise external agencies and freelancers, ensuring their work meets BUV’s quality requirements and deadlines. • Quality Control: Ensure all visual content consistently meets the high standards of BUV’s brand. • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the photography and video production equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and up-to-date.
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or related • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or corporate • Proficiency in professional camera operation, lighting, and photo and video editing • Strong organizational and project management • Adequate English communication
