Job Overview And Responsibility
● Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture ● Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that align with business requirements ● Provide technical expertise and strategic direction regarding architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies ● Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of technical solutions ● Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols ● Identify and address technical risks, roadblocks, and challenges to sustain project momentum ● Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend their integration to enhance product development and team efficiency ● Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies ● Other assignments from the Manager
Required Skills and Experience
● From 3 years of working experience as a Dev Lead/Team Leader ● Extensive experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Java, or Python ● Good knowledge of front-end development such as ReactJS, VueJS, Angular, etc. ● Solid experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis ● Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall or Agile methodology ● Experience in project estimation, progress management, quality management, etc. ● Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications ● Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems ● Able to communicate in English fluently ● Leadership skills
