POSITION PURPOSE The Marketing & Sales Associate Manager will drive the recruitment strategy for BUV’s SoCIT (School of Computing and Innovative Technologies) programs by developing and overseeing initiatives to source and engage prospective students through targeted networking and effective sales consultations. This role requires building relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and external organizations to enhance lead generation and conversion into enrolments. The successful candidate will manage recruitment events, coordinate with other BUV teams to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process, and supervise the Marketing and Student Recruitment Senior Officer(s). By leveraging market insights and continuously improving sales strategies, the Associate Manager will strengthen BUV’s growth and reputation as a premier educational institution. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Working closely with the Head of the School to align marketing and recruitment strategies with institutional goals • Promoting SoCIT programs to external organizations (schools, non-profits, agents, online platforms). • Coordinating with other sales and marketing teams at BUV to ensure cohesive efforts. • Team Management and Coordination. • Managing and planning marketing and student recruitment initiatives for SoCIT. • Performance Analysis and Reporting • Arranging and managing the schools’ visits.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead teams and execute strategic recruitment plans. • Team Motivation: Ability to lead independently and collaboratively, inspiring teams with passion and determination. • Customer-Centric Approach and Relationship Building: Deep understanding of customer needs and proven ability to build trust and foster long-term engagement with students, parents, and partners. • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and represent the institution effectively. • Innovative Problem-Solving and Creativity: A dynamic, innovative thinker with a proven ability to solve complex challenges and design successful marketing and recruitment campaigns. • Proven expertise in education sales/recruitment and innovative marketing strategies, driving brand positioning, differentiation, and measurable results for postgraduate programs. • Proven relationship-building skills with institutions, partners, and stakeholders, promoting BUV’s SoCIT programs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Study or working background from international universities in Vietnam or overseas. • Experience in working with professional database management/CRM systems is an advantage. • Understanding of Education: Familiarity with postgraduate education and the Vietnamese education landscape is a significant advantage.
