Sales B2B Business Development Customer Care Sale Manager
- This role will focus on distribution sales to a set of customers including Key Accounts (MNC/Regional Players) Vietnam, as well as SME customers - Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. Aid in the development of the short and long-term plans for the business and deliver the business objectives of market share growth for existing and new product categories. - Managing projects (new product development) - relaying the requirements from the customer to the Technical teams in & relaying back with developed samples and managing the feedback. - Aid in the development and implementation of a sales strategy for our industrial dairy ingredients including sales volumes/values and pricing strategy. - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. - Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. - Actively track competition activity in the market.
- A qualified Sales Professional with 5-8 years' experience, with a proven track record in Industrial B2B Sales – preferably in Dairy Business, and/or other Commodity Sales, - Ability to manage cross-cultural teams. - Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior management.
