Job Overview And Responsibility

The Senior Expert, Brand & Communication is responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and customer engagement within the insurance sector. This role involves leading brand strategy, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels to drive business growth and reinforce the company's reputation. Brand Strategy Development: - Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends. - Conduct market research to identify customer insights, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into product development and customer experience initiatives. Marketing Campaign Management: - Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, to promote insurance products and services. - Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling creative content and messaging. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize effectiveness and ROI. Brand Consistency and Compliance: - Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements specific to the insurance industry. - Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on brand standards and best practices. - Conduct regular audits of brand assets and touchpoints to maintain a cohesive brand identity. Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and external partners. - Collaborate with the communications team to manage public relations efforts and crisis communication related to brand reputation. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. Budget and Resource Management: - Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to various initiatives. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, agencies, and other external partners. - Oversee the selection and management of marketing tools and platforms to support brand activities.

Required Skills and Experience

Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
