Sales Documents Management - Manage and process key sales documents (NDA, NCA, SLA, SoW, Master Contracts, Terminations, etc.) - Ensure proper documentation and compliance in every stage of the sales flow - Proposal & Payment Support Assist in developing proposals, quotations, and due diligence reports - Track billing cycles: deposits, milestones, scheduled payments - Send invoices, reminders, and follow up on collections or payment issues Pricing & Reporting Support - Support the Business team in calculating and structuring proposal pricing - Maintain and update sales data, deal history, and financial terms - Generate reports to help track pipeline, conversion, and payment health Legal Operations (20%) - Draft, review, and update contract templates and compliance procedures - Support with legal filings, mandatory business reports, and internal policy updates - Monitor changes in law/regulations relevant to our services
- Experienced (3+ years) in sales operations, document handling, or legal admin - Familiar with proposal writing, payment management, and contract processing - Knowledge of legal basics (contract terms, compliance issues, etc.) - Proficient in Excel, Word, and working with data to create reports and summaries - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and confident managing multiple moving parts - Comfortable working across teams and taking ownership of timelines - Proactive, flexible, and focused on getting deals done right - Experience in a tech/product-based or service-based B2B environment
