Affiliate Partnership Development • Identify, establish and grow strategic affiliate relationships to drive Alcohol and Non-alcohol category penetration and omnichannel conversions. • Negotiate and execute joint business plans with a holistic approach across business verticals and horizontals that drive win-win outcomes, including maximising investment effectiveness. • Lead B2B2C initiatives related to affiliate marketing and digital partnerships. • Build online consumers/shoppers understanding through strengthening data sharing approach in each partnership. • Analyse and advise on new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in local and global landscape. • Analyse past performance to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI. Digital consumer/shopper growth • Improve and improvise digital consumer/shopper experience throughout the digital consumer/shopper journey by suggesting unique value propositions for both affiliate partnership and consumer/shoppers. Influence user flow & interface design and ensure standard practices and processes regarding the brand identities are followed. • Develop & roll out communication strategies to grow digital consumer/shopper base on each digital B2B2C touchpoint. • Execute online merchandising initiatives, testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, design, and targeting those which drive the best results and response, across websites and devices. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to decide on the innovative ways of engaging consumer/shoppers via digital platforms, winning new initiatives, new ways of consumer/shopper engagement and generate traffic to Heineken online stores and offline outlets. • Analyse channel/behavioural data to create a tailored omnichannel approach that fits consumer/shopper occasions and drive seamless integrated consumer/shopper journey. • Increase brand exposure via samplings & cross-category/cross-brand (external) partnerships. • Analyse past performance to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI. Integrated Campaign Management • Deliver integrated campaign planning, execution, and evaluation in omni-channels with strong cross-team collaboration. • Manage given campaign budget and responsible for securing digital budgets from marketing and trade activities that lead to engagement and conversion in online grocery stores. • Define and track metrics to increase sales and build value for initiatives. • Implement policies and procedures consistent with that of the department and/or organization to ensure efficient and effective operation for the scope of work. • Provide timely feedback to commercial leaders regarding performance, activities, and account strategy concerns.
Education/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business/marketing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Experience: • +5 years of sales or brand management experience in the consumer/shopper product industry. • +3 years of experience in the online industry, related to FMCG products; must have proven experience in developing, executing partnerships demonstrating an omnichannel approach in Vietnamese retail. • Extensive experience with and deep understanding of different players in the online retail landscape. • Good knowledge of online shopper missions and their journeys, and how to identify opportunities to create and accelerate demand. • Experience working as a key account manager or business development in digital platforms or working directly with digital partners (e-Wallets, Ride hailing) will be an advantage.
