Job Overview And Responsibility

Key Accountabilities –Three to five main areas of responsibility of this position, or “buckets of work.” – WHAT 1. Lead Digital Marketing Activities: Work with CMO and Senior Management to define strategic direction, planning, execution, and performance measurement of all digital marketing initiatives across AFG Vietnam's brands. This involves leading the Digital Marketing Team, setting objectives and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. 2. Digital Marketing Integration: Oversees seamless integration of Digital Marketing efforts with other marketing channels and the broader business objectives. It involves collaboration, consistency and ensuring a unified brand experience across all touchpoints. 3. Advertising Management & Optimization: Ensure the strategic planning, execution, management and continuous optimization of all paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: - Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each of AFG Vietnam's brands, considering their unique target audiences and objectives across all relevant channels. - Outline clear goals, KPIs and timelines for all digital marketing activities, including content, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and online advertising. - Ensure digital marketing strategies align with the overarching marketing plans and the vision of the Senior Management Team and CMO. 1.2. Lead and Manage the Digital Marketing Team: - Provide clear direction, guidance and mentorship to the digital marketing team members. - Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing. - Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges and brainstorm new ideas. 1.3. Content Messaging and Management: - Oversee the development and execution of compelling and consistent content messaging across all digital platforms for each brand. - Ensure brand voice and tone are effectively communicated and aligned with brand guidelines. - Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. - Monitor content performance and iterate based on data and insights to optimize engagement and reach. 1.4. Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends: - Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices. - Identify and evaluate new digital opportunities and platforms that could benefit AFG Vietnam's brands. - Recommend and implement innovative digital marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge. 2. Digital Marketing Integration 2.1. Collaboration with Marketing and Relevant Departments: - Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g., Brand Marketing, PR, Operations) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. - Communicate effectively with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service. Etc.) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and customer experience. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute digital marketing perspectives and ensure alignment 2.2. Brand Consistency: - Ensure all digital marketing content and activities adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. - Work with brand teams to understand and implement brand messaging and visual standards in the digital space. - Regularly audit digital assets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy. 2.3. Technology and Platform Integration: - Oversee the integration and effective utilization of various digital marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, CRM, analytics platforms & email marketing software). - Identify and evaluate new technologies that can enhance digital marketing effectiveness and efficiency. - Ensure data flows seamlessly between different platforms to provide a holistic view of customer interactions and campaign performance. 3. Advertising Management & Optimization 3.1. Campaign Planning and Execution: - Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, including ad creation, targeting setup, and budget allocation. - Work closely with the digital marketing team or external agencies to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. - Ensure campaigns are launched and managed effectively according to timelines and budgets. 3.2. Budget Management and ROI Optimization: - Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across different platforms and campaigns to maximize ROI. - Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting and creatives to optimize results and improve efficiency. - Track and report on advertising spend and return on investment for all campaigns. 3.3. Performance Analysis and Optimization: - Analyze advertising campaign data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement. - Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance ad performance and conversion rates. - Stay updated on advertising platform updates and best practices to leverage new features and maximize campaign effectiveness. 3.4. Vendor and Platform Management: - Manage relationships with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and any external advertising agencies. - Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines. - Evaluate the performance of external vendors and ensure they are delivering against agreed-upon KPIs.

Required Skills and Experience

Key Selection Criteria –Three to five main criteria to be qualified for this position – Who 1. Bachelor’s Degree or other in a related field 2. 3-5 years of experience as a team leader and an ability to work across range of teams within an organization productively. 3. Expert in Google/Facebook ads ideally with Certification and 2+ years of hands-on ad optimization experience. 4. Solid knowledge of operating key social media platforms in Vietnam. 5. Deep knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics 6. Proficiency in using marketing automation software. 7. Familiarity with Web Design and UX. 8. Excellent copywriting skills 9. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) 10. Hands on experience in content management 11. Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English 12. Analytical and multitasking skills 13. Strong work ethics 14. Track record of meeting targets 15. A network of existing relationships with leading digital businesses, and an understanding of their strategic interests
