Digital Activation: • Plan, implement, and manage digital activation campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Grab, Zalo and programmatic advertising. • Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns with e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions. • Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaigns in real-time and improve performance. 3. Media Planning for Key Brands: • Develop and maintain the backbone of media plans for key brands, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, target audiences, and business objectives. • Oversee the end-to-end media planning process, including audience segmentation, channel selection, budget allocation, and performance tracking. • Collaborate with brand managers to ensure media plans support brand equity and long-term growth. 4. Media Buying & Execution: • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI. • Negotiate and secure media placements with publishers, platforms, and agencies. • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. 5. Data-Driven Decision Making: • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance. • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective. 6. Team Collaboration & Leadership: • Work closely with creative teams and media agency to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored to e-commerce objectives. • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Act as the primary point of contact for media-related inquiries and partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in digital media, e-commerce, or performance marketing. • Proven track record of managing successful e-commerce and digital activation campaigns. • Strong expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic tools. • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and data-driven decision-making. • Experience in developing and managing media plans for key brands. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
