Position Overview We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Associate Manager to lead our Campaign & Merchandising team. This role plays a critical part in driving E-commerce growth for our brand partners through strategic planning, effective campaign execution, and on-site merchandising excellence. You will be responsible for building high-performing teams, managing client relationships, and achieving business KPIs. Key Responsibilities: • Build, lead, and develop high-performing sub-teams: Campaign and Merchandising. • Translate client business priorities into actionable plans to meet KPIs and drive business results. • Lead the strategic development and execution of campaigns and merchandising plans to boost brand performance, drive traffic, and increase conversions across E-commerce platforms. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key partner in their E-commerce growth journey. • Oversee team P&L, generate regular activity reports, and participate in periodic business reviews with the management team. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align strategies and ensure operational excellence. • Identify and pursue new brand opportunities by showcasing OnPoint’s E-commerce capabilities and business impact. • Stay up to date with E-commerce trends, market best practices, and platform developments to inform strategies and innovation.
1. Education Background Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience / Industry Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, E-commerce, or Management Consulting. • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing big teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in client-facing roles and managing high-impact relationships. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and adaptability. • Proficient in data interpretation to provide performance insights and strategic recommendations. • Strong understanding of the digital and media landscape in Vietnam. 3.
