- Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary. - Arranging appointments with clients and the sales team. - Following up with customers to understand their needs. - Providing necessary data or reports to the sales team. - Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. - Performing necessary administrative work, including filing reports or presenting documents to the sales team.
- Knowledge in IT fields, economics and/or equivalent experience. - At least 1 years of experience with Sales IT/Business Development… - Fluent in both writing and speaking in Chinese - Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner. Have the ability to negotiate with customers. - In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
