- Identify and pursue potential clients to expand the company's client. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Negotiate, sign, and execute contracts with clients while providing customer service before, during, and after contract signing. - Collaborate with the Execution team to develop and implement the proposal - Analyze data and reports, proactively suggesting solutions to enhance performance and boost sales. - Lead, train, and develop the Key Account team, ensuring team members perform effectively and achieve targets. - Supervise and support team members, providing direction and assistance to improve efficiency - Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an agency/ media company (at least 1 year in a management position) - Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English - Proven experience in team management, coaching, and staff development. - Strong skills in writing and presenting digital proposals, negotiation, and communication. - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
