The job of a Radio Frequency Design Engineer involves designing radio frequency systems that ensure the efficient and safe operation of railway systems. Responsibilities - Designing radio frequency systems. Developing network architectures and equipment placement schemes (base stations, antennas, transmitters). - Assisting in the selection of equipment and materials to create robust radio networks. - Conducting engineering calculations to determine coverage areas and capacity. - Modeling coverage areas and studying potential interferences. - Developing drawings, diagrams, and other project documentation.
- Higher technical education in radio engineering, telecommunications, or communications. - At least 5 years of experience in designing radio communication systems. - Knowledge of radio communication standards and technologies (LTE, GSM, DMR, TETRA, etc.). - Proficiency in specialized software for modeling and designing radio networks. - English level B1 and above (if lower, willingness and desire to learn English).
